Your order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Or 50% for all customized products that are made to order. Balance due prior to before shipment. FREIGHT CHARGES
- Australia: Sonique charges a nominal freight charge for each product purchased. Delivery is via Road Express and insured. Check Product Page for prices when ordering.

DESPATCH CONFIRMATION
Sonique provides confirmation advice to customers within 24 hours of the despatch of each order.
WARRANTY
Sonique provides a warranty of 5 years for loudspeaker and 3 years for electronics purchased direct from Sonique Audio. Contact Sonique for warranty form for full details.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Sonique will replace at its own cost any product that is damaged in transit. Contact Sonique for a return authorisation. Damaged products must be returned for approval prior to the replacement product being despatched. Normal lead times apply from time of approval.
RETURNS
Sonique will accept returns only if the product is returned within 7 days of receipt by the customer, with freight prepaid and in unopened cartons. A 20% restocking fee applies to any product returned.
